About Me

Hello, I’m Perminder. A qualified teacher with a BSc in English Language and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Warwick.

I am passionate about helping children build confidence, develop a love of learning, and achieve their full potential. I believe that every child learns differently, so I tailor my teaching approach to meet individual needs and learning styles. My lessons are engaging, supportive, and designed to help pupils feel confident while making meaningful progress.

Whether your child needs additional support, exam preparation, or a greater challenge, I am committed to helping them succeed.

My Experience

I have substantial experience teaching in Year 5 and Year 6, and a strong track record of helping pupils make excellent academic progress.

I have recently been involved in preparing children for their SATs and participated in the Year 6 writing moderation process, giving me a thorough and up-to-date understanding of national curriculum expectations and assessment standards.

My experience enables me to identify learning gaps quickly and provide targeted support that helps pupils improve their confidence, knowledge, and attainment.

I have successfully supported children of varying abilities, from those needing extra intervention to those aiming to achieve higher standards.
