My Requirements

I'm struggling with my work schedule syncing with my husband's and primarily the caregiver. I would like a child minding service where my 16month old adaughter could mix with other children at carer's home for her own social development. I prefer a Nigerian carer, with experience with kids at her care at home how accommodates flexible work shifts as I cannot guarantee how my work rota is. I'd also love that she spoke Igbo. Yoruba is encouraged too. She began walking at 15months and is still learning, she is very playful, loves balls, nursery songs and toys. We are still working in her using her crayons and cultery. She finger feeds and bottle feeds, uses the potty. She is still evolving but would be cautious at first before she opens up.Thank you
