My Experience

Most of my babysitting experience has come from caring for younger family members, including my younger sibling and relatives’ children of various ages. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in supervising children, keeping them entertained, and ensuring their safety at all times. I am comfortable helping with daily routines such as preparing simple meals, assisting with homework, organising activities, and getting children ready for bed. Looking after family members has taught me the importance of being patient, responsible, and adaptable to each child’s individual needs and personality. As a 21-year-old Sports university student, I enjoy encouraging children to stay active through games and fun activities while creating a positive and supportive environment. I understand how important trust is when caring for children and always aim to provide reliable, attentive care. I am also happy to discuss each family’s expectations and requirements to ensure the best possible experience for both parents and children.

My Qualifications

I have a strong background working with and supporting children through both my education and practical experience. I previously studied Child Nursing, where I developed an understanding of child development, wellbeing, and the importance of providing safe and compassionate care. I am now studying Sports at university, which has further strengthened my knowledge of health, fitness, and teamwork. In addition, I work as a children’s football coach, planning and leading engaging sessions that help young people develop confidence, skills, and a love for physical activity. These experiences have equipped me with patience, responsibility, communication, and leadership skills.
