Part Time Nanny with Special Needs Experience Job in Kibblesworth, Gateshead
About Me
My husband and I are looking for a part time nanny / personal assistant to help with our 5 year old son with special needs. This will be funded by our local authority, expected to start in late July. Our son has a genetic condition, autism (non-verbal), epilepsy and is gastrostomy tube fed, so you would need to be trained, or willing to be trained to feed him. He is physically independently mobile, and is such a happy little boy.
My Requirements
Our son is due to start at a SEN school in September 2026 so during term time we would be looking for 6 hours per week on a weekend, and outside of term time, it would be 12 hours per week, and we could be flexible with days.
We would prefer someone with experience working with children with autism or special needs, but not mandatory. Driving licence preferable to get him out and about.
