About Me
We’re a friendly Canadian family looking for a caring and experienced nanny to join us part-time. We recently welcomed our son, who is currently 2 months old and a happy, easy-going baby. As first-time parents, we’re looking for someone who can provide loving care and support while becoming a trusted extension of our family.
We live in Parsons Green, close to several parks and green spaces, and enjoy spending time outdoors. We value kindness, open communication, reliability, and creating a warm, positive environment for our son to grow and thrive.
We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with infants, has experience with young babies, and is excited to help support our little one’s early development.
My Requirements
- Previous experience caring for newborns and young infants (experience with babies under 6 months preferred)
- Confident with infant care, including feeding, diaper changes, soothing, naps, and following established routines
- Warm, nurturing, patient, and attentive to a child’s needs
- Knowledge of infant safety and safe sleep practices
- Ability to engage in age-appropriate developmental activities and play
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working in a family home and communicating openly with parents
- Non-smoker
- Able to provide references from previous childcare positions
- Legally authorized to work in the country
