My Requirements

I am looking for a registered Nanny or Childminder for school runs for my 5 year old. She is mostly non-speaking Autistic, with severe learning difficulties and limited awareness of danger. Our amazing childminder, who I wholeheartedly trust and love is stepping back a bit so we are looking for someone equally amazing!

We need a very short amount of time per day. 8am collect from our home in HP2, drop at Woodfield School in leverstock green at 9am. This is needed every day Monday-Friday. Then collect from school at 3.30 and drop to our home at 4pm. This is needed Monday - Thursday. Term time only. She has a disabled badge you can use to ensure you can park as closely as possible.

Open to someone coming to our home and doing it in our home or collecting and taking on other school runs, which is what she does now.

We have known our current childminder for 13 years and I need someone who has experience and patience. Little lady is a happy and smiley little girl, she will hold your hand while walking but must be someone who does not have loads of young, walking children with them for safety reasons. She has not run away from her current childminder for around a year and a half, but has done this before previously. I need someone with experience of additional needs and will watch her as though she was your own. She has a love for water and needs very close supervision around any bodies of water.

I would like to pay through the tax free childcare if possible. We have also asked the school for recommendations and exploring other avenues.
