Transformative support for baby sleep

We are so grateful to Brenda for all her help and guidance with our little boy. Before we started working with her, we were barely sleeping at all and were completely exhausted. We contacted Brenda when our son was just six weeks old, and she helped us establish a really good routine from the outset. The difference was almost immediate and he started sleeping properly almost as soon as we put her advice into practice, which felt nothing short of miraculous at the time.

Her approach is wonderfully calm, practical and reassuring, and she has given us so much confidence as first-time parents. Her advice is clear, sensible and easy to follow, and the results have been fantastic. Our little boy now sleeps beautifully, and having such a good routine in place has made an enormous difference to our whole family.

What we particularly appreciate is that Brenda doesn’t just help with sleep — she helps you understand your baby and feel confident in your own decisions. She’s also incredibly kind and supportive, and it’s been such a comfort knowing we can turn to her for advice as our baby grows and his needs change.
