About Me
We are a warm, friendly family based in London looking for a caring, proactive nanny for our 12-month-old daughter. We have been together since 2015.
We are a supportive and respectful household who see a nanny as an important part of our daughter’s life. We aim to build a positive, long-term relationship where you feel valued and trusted.
Above all, we are looking for someone warm, reliable, and engaged, who genuinely enjoys supporting a young child’s development and becoming part of a family.
My Requirements
Our daughter thrives on a structured routine, so we are looking for someone who is confident maintaining and gently adapting her schedule as she grows. We take an evidence-based approach to development and are keen to support her through engaging, age-appropriate activities such as swimming, forest school, tennis, and ballet (depending on your interests and experience).
We also have involved grandparents nearby who can occasionally help, creating a wider support network around you. They will look after our daughter 1 day a week and this can be flexed with enough notice if you need an extra day off or if you want to change your day off.
The role will include some child-related duties such as meals and laundry, and keeping her spaces tidy, along with occasional light household tasks. We appreciate initiative and someone who takes pride in creating a nurturing, well-run environment for our daughter.
We do not use screens around Ada and this would be important to us to maintain when we return to work.
