About Me
Ayla is a happy, affectionate and energetic 2½-year-old who loves being outdoors. She enjoys trips to the park, kicking a football around the garden, exploring nature and going on little adventures.
She has a creative side too and loves painting, colouring, crafts and messy play. Her favourite programmes are Bluey and Elmo, and she enjoys story time and singing. Ayla still has an afternoon nap and is fully toilet trained.
We are a bilingual English-Hungarian household, and Ayla understands and uses both languages. She is generally sociable, curious and fun-loving, with plenty of personality and a good sense of humour.
We are looking for someone warm, reliable and engaging who will enjoy spending time with her, encouraging play, learning and outdoor activities while supporting our family during a busy period.
My Requirements
We are looking for a warm, reliable and energetic part-time nanny to support our family from July to September.
The role will primarily involve caring for our 2½-year-old daughter, Ayla, including accompanying her to her regular activities and providing engaging, attentive care throughout the day.
Monday
Toddler group: 10:00am–12:00pm
Swimming lesson: 1:00pm–1:30pm
Tuesday
Music Bugs: 9:45am–10:30am
Wednesday
Gymnastics: 9:30am–10:30am
The role will generally begin from around 8:30am and include taking Ayla to activities, supporting her afternoon nap routine, and planning fun, age-appropriate activities once she wakes.
On Thursdays and Fridays, the role will involve nursery collection at 2:00pm, increasing to 5:00pm over the coming weeks as her nursery hours are extended.
Monday to Wednesday evenings will also include playtime, dinner supervision and assisting with Ayla's bedtime routine, which typically begins around 7:00pm.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have experience caring for young children.
2. Hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
3. Be confident taking children to activities and outings.
4. Enjoy outdoor play, creative activities and active engagement.
5. Be comfortable in the water and happy to accompany Ayla during swimming sessions, as she is a confident and enthusiastic swimmer.
6. Be willing to assist with light child-related household duties, such as tidying toys, preparing snacks and helping maintain routines.
