Hi,
My name is Holly, i am 22 years old and just completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology which i intend to use in order to work with children in the future.
I have been working as a babysitter since i was 13 and as a nanny since i was 16. I love children and have experience working with newborns to teens as well as SEND children. I have work experience in a nursery so i am also confident in my ability to look after multiple children at a time.
I am a patient, caring and energetic nanny with 9 years of experience. I think childhood is an incredibly important stage of life and i love fostering independence and imagination and planning engaging activities for children. I love coming up with new games and activities to entertain children of different ages.
I love to cook and bake and am happy to do light housework.
I can work full time Monday to Friday but i am also happy to do occasional evening if you would like to go out with friends or on a date night.

Nursery Staff – Westdene Primary School, Brighton
Working in a professional childcare setting helped me develop the ability to follow rules and guidance of superiors while caring for children; I believe this will help me meet the standards and expectations of parents I nanny for. Working with a large group of children also helped me learn about safeguarding within schools. Being a part-time teacher’s assistant, I had to be confident and intuitive in order not to become a burden to the teachers.
Babysitting, Self-Employed
I began babysitting at a young age, which quickly developed my confidence in childcare. Working within a wide range of family dynamics helped me learn how to adapt to different children’s needs while meeting the parents' expectations. My responsibilities quickly increased from the age of 13-15, and I was now trusted with planning activities with the children, feeding them, bathing them, and putting them to bed. The children I was working with ranged from newborns to 12 years of age.
Nannying, Self-Employed (family)
Due to my family situation, I began caring for my 2-year-old brother almost full-time at 15. I also started caring for my sister a year later when she was born. Caring for them involved school drop-offs and pick-ups, helping with homework, planning activities and keeping them entertained, bathing them, putting them to bed and feeding them. Due to their young ages, this meant I quickly learnt how to formula/bottle feed, and how to safely bathe a baby while caring for an older child at the same time. This helped me to learn how to multitask while keeping multiple young children safe and happy.
My Qualifications
I do not have any formal childcare qualifications however i do have 9 years of experience and am confident in my abilities.
I have Level 1-6 educational qualifications
My Availability
I am available full time Monday to Friday as well as occasional evenings.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)
