My Requirements

We are looking for a mature and reliable Family Assistant for three school-age children.

Main responsibilities include:

• Collecting children from school (1 minute walk from our home).
• Preparing simple homemade meals for the children (soups, pasta and other simple family meals).
• Feeding children after school.
• Keeping the kitchen tidy after meals and loading/unloading the dishwasher.
• Reading with the children and spending quality time with them.
• Supervising homework and helping with simple school tasks.
• Supporting children with reading, spelling and organisation.
• Washing, folding and ironing children’s clothes and school uniforms.
• Preparing school uniforms for the following day.
• Accompanying our daughter to gymnastics or piano (approximately 15 minutes from home) and bringing her home afterwards.
• Occasional flexibility to stay later on Fridays (up to approximately 10:30 pm) when needed.

This role would be ideal for a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Nursery Practitioner or another education professional looking for part-time afternoon work.

Excellent spoken English is required.
