About Me
Hi, I'm friendly, engaging, safety-conscious and dedicated to caring for children. I'm looking for 3-9 hours of after-school/evening nannying to supplement my part-time WFH job.
My Experience
I have worked with children aged 0-18: I have been a nursery assistant; worked as a primary Teaching Assistant for a year, including SEND 1:1 mentoring; and as a cover teacher in secondary school. I currently work for a charity where I visit schools to support children of all ages to learn about and take action for the environment. I have a passion for teaching & caring and would love to work face-to-face with children for more hours of the week!
My Qualifications
I hold a current Paediatric First Aid qualification, as well as Safeguarding, Outdoor First Aid and Water Safety. I sadly do not hold a formal Childcare qualification although I've had lots of the training! I have a clean DBS on the Update Service.
My Availability
I can shift my hours around to do after-school pickups until about 7:30, ideally on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays. Ideally looking for just 1 afternoon a week but can be flexible.
