Childcare Job in Liverpool
About Me
I work full?time as a Health Care Assistant, regularly covering long shifts of 12 to 13 hours at a time, including both day and night patterns. My husband currently looks after our 1.7?year?old daughter whenever I am working; however, because my working hours are so extended and demanding, it is very difficult to provide the kind of structured learning, routine, and social interaction she needs at this age. I am actively looking for an approved nursery place so I can access government?funded free childcare hours — this would give her the valuable chance to take part in early learning activities, mix with other children her age, build confidence, and develop socially, while allowing me to keep working my full hours reliably and safely.
My Requirements
For my daughter’s care, I have these key requirements: safe, clean, and secure premises; age?appropriate play and early learning activities suited to around 20?months old; regular routine for meals, rest, and outdoor play; caring, qualified staff who follow child safety and safeguarding standards; flexible attendance options where possible to match my variable long?shift pattern; and plenty of opportunities for her to mix with peers so she builds communication skills and confidence. Having her in such an environment means she will learn new things daily, stay active and engaged socially, and develop well — while allowing me to keep working reliably and safely.
