My Requirements

Our daughter has been with the same full-time nanny since she was just 12 weeks old. As we're relocating to Chiswick, our current nanny's commute will unfortunately be too long, which has prompted a change in our childcare arrangements.

She will be attending nursery part-time, as we're keen for her to enjoy the social experiences it offers. However, we strongly believe in the value of one-to-one care during these early years and want to ensure she continues to benefit from the individual attention, enrichment, and tailored learning that a nanny can provide. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting early childhood development, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, encouraging curiosity, and helping her thrive in a nurturing environment.

The role is every **Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00am–5:00pm**.

Some flexibility would be appreciated, particularly for occasional Thursday evening babysitting and the odd weekend evening. We're hoping to find someone who will become a trusted and valued part of our daughter's routine as she transitions into this exciting new stage.
