About Me

Hello, my name is Anita Asante, and I have over 13 years of experience working with children in education. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

As a proud mum to two wonderful girls, I understand the importance of providing high-quality care that meets each child's individual needs. I believe children learn best when they feel happy, secure, and confident, and I strive to build positive relationships with both children and their families.

I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and believe in supporting every aspect of children's development. I plan engaging activities that promote communication, confidence, creativity, independence, and a lifelong enjoyment of learning.

I also lived in Dubai, where I explored opportunities to work with young people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. This experience strengthened my commitment to inclusion, respect, and celebrating diversity.

In addition, I founded a business focused on equality and diversity, helping young people develop a strong sense of identity while learning about different cultures, perspectives, and life experiences. Encouraging kindness, inclusion, and self-confidence is at the heart of everything I do.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming and playing tennis, and I encourage children to stay active, explore the outdoors, and build healthy habits through fun and engaging activities.

I am dedicated to providing a warm, caring, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, respected, and supported to grow into confident, happy learners. I look forward to building positive relationships with families and being part of your child's learning and development journey.
