About Me
My name is Ellie I’m 20 years old. I am in university studying Sport, Physical Education and Development. I have over 3 years experience working with children in holiday camps and school environments. I also have a big family so am used to babysitting younger family members.
I’ve worked with children of all ages from 3-16 and also worked with children with SEN.
I am very sporty but also like baking, arts and crafts, etc and willing to give anything new a try. I love getting children up and doing things, learning new skills and enjoying themselves both inside and outside activities.
I am able to help with sports, homework, general cleaning/ tidying up, bedtime routines and meals.
My Experience
- Experience in 2 different holiday camps with children aged 3-14. In this I done arts and crafts and sporting activities and other activities to get children engaged and having fun.
- Experience in girls football coaching for girls aged 13-16. Planned and delivered coaching sessions and matches. Also worked with girls with SEN.
- Experience in primary school afterschool club as both manager and as a play worker for 1.5 years. In this role I’ve worked with a children with SEN including autism, ADHD, non-verbal, etc. This role includes arts and crafts, sports and other general activities. I also have to make snacks as part of this role for a large group of children.
