I’m a 22-year-old Politics and International Relations student currently living in Leamington Spa. I’ve always enjoyed caring for children and have years of hands-on experience looking after my 13-year-old sister, 11-year-old brother, and many younger family members ranging from 2 to 17 years old.

My Experience
Although my childcare experience has mainly been through looking after my younger siblings, relatives, and family friends’ children, I have been caring for children for many years. I’ve looked after children aged 2 to 17 and am confident with responsibilities such as preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework, organising fun and educational activities, reading with children, arts and crafts, following bedtime routines, and creating a safe, caring environment. I’m also happy to help with light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying up after playtime, washing bottles or dishes used during meals, and keeping play areas clean. I’m patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoy supporting children’s development while making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for.

* Currently studying Politics and International Relations at university.
* A Levels in Psychology, Biology and History.
* GCSEs with grades A–C*, including English and Maths (if applicable).
* Several years of practical childcare experience caring for younger siblings, relatives and family friends’ children aged 2–17.
* Confident with meal preparation, homework support, bedtime routines, creative activities and maintaining children’s routines.
* Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
My Availability
I’m currently looking for part-time babysitting opportunities. I have flexible availability throughout the week, including evenings and weekends, and can accommodate regular or occasional childcare. Once my university timetable is confirmed, I’ll update my availability accordingly.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
My standard rate is £13 per hour. I’m happy to discuss rates depending on the number of children, the hours required, and whether childcare is regular or occasional.
