Hi parents, I'm Chantelle! I'm a university student at the University of West London studying Criminology with Forensic Investigation. I'm a calm, positive and reliable person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and helping families. I love cooking, baking, exploring new places, reading and getting outdoors, and I enjoy bringing those interests into childcare with fun, engaging activities. I'm looking for long-term relationships with families where I can become someone both parents and children know, trust and enjoy having around.
Im here to bring childcare that is safe, engaging and tailored to each child's personality and interests. Whether we're baking, reading stories, exploring local parks, getting creative with arts and crafts or helping with homework, I like to keep children active, curious and involved throughout the day. I'm happy to support school runs (only if local, I'm currently not driving), meal preparation, bedtime routines and light household tasks relating to the children. Above all, I want parents to feel confident that their children are happy, well cared for and in a positive, nurturing environment while they're away.
My Experience
I have experience caring for children from birth through to their early teens. I played a significant role in helping care for my younger autistic sister from birth while my mum balanced work and university, taking responsibility for school routines, meals, bath and bedtime, educational play, outdoor activities and creating a calm, structured environment. I also regularly babysat two children aged 9 and 13 every other Friday evening, supervising them, preparing meals and keeping them engaged through games and activities. These experiences have given me confidence caring for children with different personalities, ages and individual needs.
My Qualifications
I'm currently studying for a BSc in Criminology with Forensic Investigation at the University of West London and hold a Certificate of Higher Education in Forensic Psychology and social sciences from Nottingham Trent University. Alongside my studies, I'm committed to developing professionally within childcare and will soon be completing a recognised qualifications in Full Paediatric First Aid (EYFS), Advanced Safeguarding Children, Food Hygiene & Safety and Autism Awareness.
My Availability
I'm fully available throughout the summer with no university commitments, so I'm happy to provide full-time childcare, nannying, babysitting and holiday cover. During term time, I have a flexible university timetable with classes on just three days a week for around three hours each day (which we don't need to worry about until 28th September 2026), allowing me to continue offering regular childcare. I'm available for after-school care, evenings, weekends, school holidays and additional babysitting where needed, and I'm looking for a long-term role where I can become a reliable and consistent part of a family's routine.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
I believe in fair and transparent pricing. My rates reflect the level of care, reliability and attention I provide, while remaining flexible depending on your family's needs. I'm always happy to discuss regular bookings, occasional babysitting and long-term nanny positions to find an arrangement that works well for everyone.
