My Experience

I have experience working in both current and previous nursery settings, caring for children of different ages and supporting their learning, development and daily routines. My responsibilities include planning and leading engaging activities, encouraging learning through play, assisting with meal times, personal care, outdoor play and nap routines, while ensuring every child is safe, happy and well cared for. I work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to provide the best possible care and support for each child. Previously, I also worked in another nursery, which gave me valuable experience working with different children, routines and teaching approaches, helping me become a confident, adaptable and reliable childcare professional. Before moving into childcare, I also worked as a Checkout Assistant at IKEA, where I developed excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills that I continue to use in my childcare role.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years, along with Paediatric First Aid training and an Enhanced DBS check. Through my qualifications and hands-on experience working in nursery settings, I have developed a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, health and safety, and creating engaging learning opportunities for children. I am passionate about providing high-quality childcare and creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can learn, grow and feel valued. I am committed to continuing my professional development and providing the highest standard of care for every family I work with.

My Availability

I am available for both full-time and part-time childcare and am happy to discuss a schedule that works best for your family. I am primarily available Monday to Friday and would ideally be looking for a weekday position. However, I may be able to offer occasional weekend availability if arranged in advance. I am flexible, reliable and available to start with notice.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
• Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)

My fees vary depending on the hours required, the number of children, and whether care is during evenings, weekends or overnight. Please feel free to message me to discuss your requirements and I’ll be happy to provide a quote.
