My Summary

My Experience

I have experience working with children in various different settings. I have undertaken a Sports Leadership summer programme, where I organised and led activities and games for children at a summer camp, building their confidence and enjoyment of physical activity. I have also taken part in a school exchange to Nitte, India, where I taught lessons to young primary school children and worked closely with children from a different cultural background. Alongside this, I have held several leadership and welfare roles during my time at Oxford. I have served as Welfare Officer for my college, where I supported students in a pastoral role. This role means I have undergone comprehensive welfare training, strengthening my empathy, patience, and ability to remain calm and supportive in various situations. I've also worked in fast-paced hospitality environments, which has enhanced my organisation and communication skills.

Welfare training completed through my role as Women's Welfare Officer
