About Me
Hello! My name is Virgit, and I'm originally from Ecuador. My partner is from the Netherlands, and our son, Redmer (4 years old), was born here in the UK. We are a multicultural family, and embracing different cultures and languages is a big part of our everyday life.
Redmer is a happy, adventurous and curious little boy who loves trains and cars and love exploring, being outdoors, dancing, reading books and trying new activities. He speaks three languages, with Spanish and English being his primary languages, and Dutch as his third language. He is naturally kind, generous and affectionate. He can be a little shy when meeting someone for the first time, but once he feels comfortable, his fun, playful and cheeky personality really shines.
As parents, we value kindness, respect, creativity and encouraging his curiosity about the world. We're looking for someone who will enjoy engaging with him through play, reading, crafts, outdoor adventures and helping him continue to develop in a positive, caring environment.
My Requirements
We're looking for a trustworthy, caring and reliable babysitter on an occasional basis, mainly for evenings or weekends when we'd like to go out together—whether that's for salsa dancing, a date night or other social events.
Ideally, we'd love to find someone who speaks Spanish or Dutch, as it would help support Redmer's multilingual journey, but this is absolutely not essential. The most important thing for us is finding someone who is warm, patient, responsible and genuinely enjoys spending time with young children.
We're hoping to build a good relationship with someone who can become a familiar and trusted person in Redmer's life over time.
