I'm reaching out to enquire whether you have availability to assist on a recurring basis at a family-focused padel event we are hosting at Square One Padel Club in Ashford.

The concept is called Padel & Prams. Parents will be participating in padel sessions while their children are cared for in a designated area nearby. We are looking for experienced, reliable nannies to supervise and engage with the children throughout the sessions, ensuring they are safe, entertained, and well looked after while their parents are on court.

The sessions would run roughly between 10:30am and 12:00pm, depending on court timings, with up to three courts in use and space around them for the children’s area.

We anticipate around 12 children attending per session, although this may vary slightly, and we would be happy to take guidance on appropriate staffing levels.

At this stage we are looking to understand whether you would have availability to support this type of booking on a recurring basis, either monthly or potentially every two weeks. We have flexibility on scheduling and would typically provide around two weeks’ notice ahead of each session.

Could you please let me know if this is something you would be able to support, along with your rates and availability for recurring bookings?
