About Me

Hi, I’m Steph! I’m an experienced childcare and family support professional based in Addlestone, and I’m looking to provide childcare during school holidays, weekends and evenings.

I am particularly interested in ad-hoc babysitting, one off bookings, holiday childcare and evening/weekend childcare. I am also happy to build a regular arrangement with the right families.

I am enhanced DBS checked and have paediatric and emergency first aid training, as well as safeguarding training. I have a clean driving license and my own car.

I am reliable, responsible and caring, and I enjoy creating a fun and safe environment for children. I’m happy to help with activities, homework, meals, bedtime routines and general childcare.

My Experience

From September 2026, I will be working as a Pastoral Support Worker at a secondary school.

I worked as a Family Support Worker for Barnardos from December 2024- September 2026, supporting children, young people and families.

I previously worked for a childcare organisation from July 2019 - December 2020, giving me several years of professional experience working with children and families.

My Qualifications

2:1 in Criminology and Sociology
Level 2 Counselling Skills
Emergency First Aid Including Anaphylaxis and Auto-injector training
Safeguarding training

My Availability

I am available throughout school holidays, weekends, and some evenings.

I’m based in Addlestone and am happy to travel to surrounding areas.
