My Experience

I have valuable experience working in the care sector, supporting young adults with learning disabilities through both everyday life and more challenging times with compassion, patience, and understanding. Alongside providing person-centred care, I was responsible for a range of household duties, including cooking nutritious meals, cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and organised living environment to support individuals' wellbeing and independence. In addition to my professional experience, I helped care for my four younger siblings while growing up, further developing my sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to balance childcare with household tasks. These experiences have strengthened my communication, organisational skills, and genuine passion for caring for and supporting others.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, which has provided me with a strong foundation in delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. Alongside this, I have completed training in health and safety, food hygiene, infection prevention and control, first aid, fire safety and awareness, safeguarding, and other essential areas of care practice. These qualifications have equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to maintain high standards of safety, wellbeing, and professionalism.

My Availability

I am available Monday through Friday for nanny or babysitting duties. I can be available during the weekends, however, due to the nature of my family commitments I would prefer not to work every single weekend. I am willing to work every other weekend or the occasional weekend when required. I can also be available for overnight support given the right notice.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

As a babysitter a rate of £13 an hour would apply. For nanny services, including childcare and household duties, my rates are £15 per hour. My fees can be reasonably negotiated for prolonged use of my services as I understand how difficult finding affordable childcare and support can be due to the rising cost of living.
