About Me

Hello! I’m a fully qualified primary school teacher with a PGDE specialising in Mathematics, and I have been teaching for almost 10 years.
Over the years, I’ve taught Reception, Year 1, Year 3 and Year 4, as well as spending a year as a cover teacher, where I taught children across every primary year group. This has given me a wealth of experience in supporting children with different abilities, learning styles and individual needs.

Alongside teaching, I’m also a proud mum to two boys, so I understand both as a teacher and as a parent how important it is for children to feel happy, supported and confident in their learning. I know that every child learns differently, and I strive to make each session engaging, encouraging and tailored to their individual needs.

As a teacher with a specialism in Mathematics and training in Read Write Inc. Phonics, I can provide support in early reading, phonics, writing and maths, helping children build strong foundations that will benefit them throughout their education. I aim to make tutoring a positive experience where they feel comfortable asking questions, celebrating their successes and developing a genuine love of learning.

I work closely with families to ensure tutoring is personalised to each child, keeping parents informed of progress and celebrating every achievement. I look forward to helping your child grow in confidence, reach their potential and enjoy learning every step of the way.
