Twin parents looking for Greek speaking childcare

We are a friendly, professional family looking for a warm, experienced and organised nanny to help care for our twin daughters, who are currently 6 months old.
About us
I am currently on maternity leave but will be returning to work in 2027, so we are hoping to find someone who can grow with our family. We value kindness, open communication and mutual respect, and want our nanny to feel genuinely at home with us.
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, qualifications and whether the role is live-in or live-out.
My Requirements
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with babies, is calm and proactive, and would become a valued part of our family over the long term.
A live-in arrangement is available, with a beautiful self-contained garden house offering private accommodation including a bedroom, bathroom and living space. We are also happy to consider live-out candidates.
Hours
* Part time initially building up to ideally 3–4 days per week
* Approximately 8:00am–6:00pm
* Some flexibility would be appreciated
* Long-term position preferred
Duties
* Loving care of our twin daughters
* Supporting established feeding and sleep routines
* Age-appropriate play and developmental activities
* Taking the babies for walks and outings
* Preparing simple meals as they progress with weaning
* Children’s laundry
* Keeping children’s bedrooms, nursery and play areas clean and organised
* Sterilising bottles and keeping feeding equipment clean
* Light housekeeping related to the children
* Optional family meal preparation would be welcomed but is not essential
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience caring for babies (experience with twins would be an advantage but isn’t essential)
* Is calm, reliable and organised
* Can work independently and use their initiative
* Has excellent references
* Holds a DBS check (or is willing to obtain one)
* Has a paediatric first aid certificate (or is willing to update it)
* Is a confident driver (preferred but not essential)
* Speaks fluent English. Greek-speaking would be a wonderful bonus, but is not essential.
