Registered Childminder Job in Ipswich
About Me
Hi, I’m a first-time mum to our little boy. He’s our first baby and has completely changed our world in the most beautiful way.
My partner works full time, and I’m currently on maternity leave, preparing to return to work in February. As we get closer to that time, we’re starting the search for someone really special to care for him while I’m at work. He is a happy, smiley, curious and very chilled little boy, and we’re really hoping to find someone who will enjoy getting to know him during this important little stage of his life.
This is a big step for us as a family, and we’re really hoping to find someone who feels like an extension of our home—warm, kind, and genuinely caring, who will help him feel safe, settled and happy while he’s away from us.
We are a relaxed, loving family and are simply looking for someone who will care for him the way we would.
My Requirements
We are looking for a childminder for our son from mid-February 2027 to the end of August 2027, before he moves on to nursery in September.
We require care for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (3 days per week).
We are based in IP3 but are very happy to consider surrounding areas within a short drive.
Ideally, we are hoping to find someone who:
Accepts government-funded childcare hours for working parents
Has availability for the days required
Provides a warm, home-from-home environment
Has experience caring for babies/toddlers under 1
