About Me
We are a hardworking family looking for a caring, reliable childminder to become an important part of our daughters' lives. Mum is currently studying to become a children's counsellor and previously worked in healthcare, while Dad is a fire specialist who works long hours.
We have two lovely little girls aged 2 and 3. They are intelligent, polite, friendly and full of personality. They love being outdoors, exploring stories, reading stories, arts and crafts, imaginative play and learning new things. We want them to continue growing in a happy, nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
We're hoping to find someone we can build a long-term relationship with and who will care for our girls as individuals, supporting both their development and emotional wellbeing.
My Requirements
We are looking for a fully registered, Ofsted-registered childminder who accepts the funded hours scheme with additional paid hours. We require care on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, approximately 7:30/8:00am until 5:00pm, for our two daughters aged 2 and 3.
More importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do. We want our girls to be with someone who will nurture them, encourage their curiosity, support their learning through play and spend plenty of time outdoors. We'd love a childminder who provides a warm, structured and stimulating environment where they can thrive, build confidence and create happy memories.
Good communication with parents is really important to us, along with someone who treats our daughters with the same kindness, patience and respect that they deserve. We are hoping to find someone who will become a trusted and valued part of our family's journey.
