About Me

I love working with children and I have a vast range of skills and experience. I am offering babysitting services in your home for when you need to run errands, go on date nights, attend events, work or just have time to yourself. I bring a fun and educational atmosphere, building on the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. I work with all age ranges from 0-18 years old. I live in London.
I am a dancer in my spare time (modern jive) and have recently been featured in a social media campaign combining my two loves of working with children and dancing, which has proven successful.

My Experience

I have 16 years of childcare experience, working professionally in nurseries and as a former Paediatric Nurse for over 10 years.
However, please note that I am not a practicing nurse anymore and cannot legally provide nursing care, other than emergency first aid and basic life support. This includes the administration of prescription medications for long term conditions.
I am currently working full-time in a nursery in London and I'm a massive advocate for therapeutic play experiences. I'm happy to show you my credentials and I am on the Update Service for my DBS.

My Qualifications

I have a Bachelor's Degree (with Honours) and a Masters Degree in Children's Nursing, a Level 3 CACHE qualification in Childcare and Education and a vast array of experience working in the community, caring for children with special needs and those with long-term conditions. I am trained in helping anxiety in children therapeutically, emergency first aid and basic life support.

My Availability

At the moment, I am only offering weekend babysitting duties in your home only, as I work full-time in a nursery during the week. This is subject to change. Please contact me for availability.

My Fees

  • Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My fees start at minimum £10 per hour. For babysitting 2 children, minimum fees are £15 per hour, open to negotiation. I can cover my own travel expenses, as I live in London.
