Looking for an Infant Nanny
About Me
Hi! We’re a small family living in Risca, South Wales. I’m originally from the US, and my husband is British. We have a beautiful daughter, Hattie, who is almost 3 months old, and a friendly Golden Retriever/German Shepherd cross named Hank.
I work remotely and my husband is in the office 3-4 days a week. We’re looking for someone kind, reliable, and experienced with young babies who can become a trusted part of our family. We value open communication, kindness, and creating a calm, happy environment for Hattie.
My Requirements
We’re looking for a nanny to care for our daughter one or two days a week, primarily on Wednesdays and Thursdays while I work from our home.
Hattie has Down syndrome she is doing wonderfully and does not have any health issues.
The role will mainly involve caring for Hattie, including bottle feeding, changing nappies, putting her down for naps, playing with her, and following her daily routine. We’re looking for someone with experience caring for young babies who is confident, nurturing, and reliable.
We’d also appreciate someone who is happy to tidy up after Hattie during the day. There may also be opportunities for additional hours in the future, including occasional evening babysitting or looking after our dog while we’re visiting family in the US.
We’d love to find someone who is looking for a long-term position and who can become a trusted part of our family.
