About Me
Hi! We're James and Bella, a family based in Tooting Bec, looking for a lovely nanny to join our little team.
We have a gorgeous 16-month-old son who is a bundle of happy energy and always on the move! He's incredibly curious, adventurous, and loves exploring the world around him. He enjoys being out and about, discovering new things, and keeping busy, so we're looking for someone who can match his energy and enthusiasm.
We also have a six-year-old cockerpoo called Percy. He's very gentle and loves a cuddle. He can get excited when meeting someone new, but he settles down quickly and is an easy, affectionate dog to have around.
We're both in our 30s and are working parents. James works in the City and is usually home around 6:45–7:00 pm. Bella is currently transitioning from a ten-year career in teaching to starting her own business, so our schedule is changing a little over the next few months. Bella expects to have a much clearer idea of working hours and a more consistent schedule by mid-August, when we'll be able to provide more specific days and times for our nanny.
At the moment, we're looking for someone flexible. Three days a week, we'd need help with nursery pick-ups, keeping our son entertained, and managing bath and bedtime. On the other two weekdays, there may be times when we'd love someone to start earlier in the day, taking over from Bella and planning fun activities and outings until James gets home.
We're hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and can keep our little boy busy with a mix of activities, whether that's arts and crafts, music, outdoor adventures, sports, or simply exploring and playing. We'd love someone who can be energetic and playful during the day but also provide a calm, comforting presence for bath and bedtime.
Our son is very curious and loves to test his limits, so we're looking for someone who can encourage his adventurous spirit while also setting kind, calm, and consistent boundaries.
Most importantly, we'd love to find someone warm, caring, and reliable who will become an important part of our family and build a lovely relationship with our little boy.
My Requirements

Also looking for someone to be flexible with VERY occasional weekend work if family are not available to help out but this would be a very rare occasion so James can go to rugby training whilst Bella is working.
Also including Percy (dog) on pick ups and outings to the park to give him a walk too when you can as well as just feeding him in the evening (incredibly easy of food into a bowl).
Rough requirements for times are selected on the table below but this may change once Bella has a clearer view on her schedule mid/late August.
