About Me
I am a qualified primary school teacher with experience in both state and independent schools. I teach both English and maths and am passionate about ensuring children maintain high self esteem and enjoy learning. As part of my job, I build strong relationships with children and ensure they are challenged appropriately. I work with children who work beyond age-expectation to reach their full potential and I work with pupils who require additional support.
My Experience
Experience teaching in Years 2, 3 and 4 and working 1:1 with children in Year 1 and 6.
Experience teaching children with SEN, particularly ADHD and autism as well as with dyslexia and dyscalculia.
Very familiar with the 11+ system in London. Experience tutoring children for the 11+ exams in maths, English, verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning.

ATD (Accredited Teacher Dyscalculia) status ongoing
PGCE (Primary)
First class Biomedical Chemistry Degree from University of Exeter
A*AA A Levels (Biology, Maths, Chemistry)
My Availability
Available for summer tutoring.
Services include booster sessions to consolidate learning from previous year, preparing for next academic year's curriculum, addressing targets from end-of-year summer reports and preparing for the 11+ examinations.
