About Me
I’m someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and making sure they feel comfortable, supported and entertained while their parents are away. I’m currently studying Law, so I’m organised, patient and enjoy helping children learn, whether that’s reading together, helping with homework or encouraging creative activities away from screens. I love building a good relationship with the children I look after so they feel safe and can have fun, while giving parents the reassurance that their child is in capable and trustworthy hands. I’m also happy to help with light household tasks, prepare simple meals and stick to your family’s usual routines, as I know consistency is important for children.
My Experience
I have experience caring for children ranging from toddlers to early teenagers (approximately ages 2–13), and I’m confident adapting to the needs of different age groups. My experience includes keeping younger children entertained through play, reading and creative activities, helping primary-aged children with homework and bedtime routines, and providing a responsible and supportive presence for older children after school or in the evenings. I also hold a recent Enhanced DBS certificate (issued in May 2026). Through my childcare experience, I’ve learned the importance of being patient, attentive and dependable, and I always aim to create a safe, positive environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel confident leaving them in my care.

I’m currently studying Law, which has strengthened my organisation, communication and problem-solving skills, and I have previous childcare experience caring for children of different ages. My hourly rate is listed on my profile and is intended as a general guide. I’m happy to discuss rates depending on the number of children, the length of the booking and whether it’s a regular or one-off babysitting arrangement.
