First-time parents with a son who'll be 12 months old. My wife is returning to work around September/October and we're still deciding on exactly how many days per week we'll need care. We're open to discussing flexible arrangements with the right person. We're happy with a male or female provider.

We're looking for someone who will look after our son with the same level of love and care we would. We're happy for care to be in a carer's setting or in our home. We both work flexible hours with long days that sometimes involve commuting, so a carer with flexibility would be ideal.
