Absolutely brilliant

Gabriela offers the sort of childcare that makes a parent feel relaxed and a child feel happy and secure. I genuinely cannot fault the way she looked after my 3 year old. He usually finds separation quite challenging, yet he would walk into Gabriela’s warm and welcoming home with a smile and happily wave goodbye to me.. which, as his mum, said a lot. She sets healthy and appropriate boundaries while engaging with children in such a positive and caring way. She makes a real effort to understand each child, what they enjoy and how they like to play and offers a lovely range of toys and activities around their interests.
One thing I particularly admire about Gabriela is the balance she creates between caring for her own child and the children in her care. She manages the different needs and boundaries within her home really naturally, while also helping the children understand and navigate those boundaries themselves.
She kept me updated throughout the day, which I found incredibly reassuring, particularly as my son can find new environments and transitions difficult. She was also very supportive while we were going through potty training. I had told her that she could use pull-ups if things became difficult, but she chose to continue supporting him without them because she felt that was in his best interest and would help maintain the progress he had already made. I really appreciated that she was willing to put in the additional effort rather than simply choosing the easier option.
Most importantly, I always felt that my son was safe, understood and genuinely cared for with Gabriela. Seeing how comfortable and happy he was going into her home gave me enormous peace of mind, and I would happily recommend her to other parents.
