About Me
First time parents to Arthur, born in April. We're both shift workers — I'm a nurse and my partner is a police officer — so we need flexible childcare that can adapt to our changing schedules. We're looking for a childminder who can offer 2–3 days per week on a flexible basis.
My Requirements
We need flexible childcare to fit around our rolling shift patterns. My partner works 2 early shifts (7am–4pm), 2 late shifts (2pm–midnight), and nights on a rolling 6-on, 4-off pattern. We have family support available too, so we're looking for a childminder who can cover 2–3 days per week on a flexible basis to top up what family can manage. Childcare to start in March 2027.
