Hi,
I'm Steph, I have a four year old son, Felix. We live near Ashby with his retired Grandparents and I'm looking for a Childminder, SEND Nanny or Childcare Professional.
Felix is autistic and is a happy, affectionate little boy with lots of potential. He benefits from consistency, patience and people who enjoy helping children learn and grow. I’m looking for someone who would like to become part of Felix’s wider support, helping him build his communication, independence and everyday life skills while preparing him for school.
He's recently finished at his current nursery and I have decided to delay his start at Reception and would prefer him to be in a environment with more opportunity for 1 on 1 interactions and care to support his communication.
My Requirements
I’m looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic childcare professional to support my 4-year-old son, Felix, for approximately 3 days per week (9:00am–3:00pm). Days of the week are flexible as are the day timings.
I work closely with two therapists and have regular Zoom meetings to review Felix’s progress and plan his next goals. I’d love to find someone who would be happy to join these occasional Zoom meetings where possible and work alongside me in using the same strategies throughout the week.
