About Me
We are an American family living in Faversham with our two children, Fitz (4) and Bly (3). Having recently relocated to the UK, we don't have family nearby, so we're looking to build a reliable, long-term childcare arrangement with someone local.
I'm an English teacher in Ashford, and my husband works in London. We're looking for someone who is dependable, caring and enjoys working with young children, and we hope to build a good relationship with the right person.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone to support our family's weekday routine from September.
The role would primarily involve helping with the morning school and nursery run, caring for Fitz (4) and Bly (2.5) from around 7–8:30am, before taking Fitz to breakfast club at Davington Primary School and Bly to nursery in Faversham.
We're also looking for afternoon support, collecting Bly from nursery at approximately 3pm and, if needed, collecting Fitz after school.
Our exact requirements may evolve slightly as we settle into new jobs and routines, so we're happy to discuss timings with the right person. Above all, we're looking for someone reliable who can provide a consistent, calm routine for the children during the school week.
