About Me
We're a friendly homeschooling family looking for a Spanish speaker to spend 2 or 3 hours per week at our home in Bristol (BS3) with our 7-year-old child.
My Requirements
Because we homeschool, there are no school runs or pick-ups involved. The entire focus of this role is natural, active conversation through play in our home.
The Role:
- Spend 2-3 hours a week at our home engaging our child entirely in Spanish.
- Lead fun, hands-on activities like board games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and building marble runs.
- Maintain a gentle "Spanish-only" environment to encourage our child to speak back in Spanish.
Requirements:
- Native or bilingual Spanish speaker.
- Experience engaging primary-school-aged children.
- Kind, patient, and creative with indoor play ideas.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one) and references preferred.
- Local to BS3.
- 2-3 hours per week (in one or more sessions depending on your preference).
