My Experience

I'm a registered childminder, full Paediatric First Aid trained (Ofsted-approved), Enhanced DBS checked, and EYFS aligned. But before any of that, I'm also a parent. That perspective shapes everything: how I greet families at the door, how I write end-of-day notes, how I decide whether to push a child into something new or hold the line at "another time".
