My Requirements

Kind, reliable and energetic after-school/part time nanny needed for 2 boys (French school Marie d'Orliac)

Hours: part time (after school pick up, boys finish every day around 16.00 and Wednesdays around 2.00); evening support + occasional baby sitting, flexibility for when parents have working engagements); this will extend to school holidays occasionally
(around 25h to 30h per week)

Start date: 31 Aug 2026, to get accommodated with the children

Key duties:
- collecting both boys safely from school and bring them home (there is direct bus line and then a short walk).
- on specific days take them to their activities
- assisting with homework
- flexibility to do full time during school holidays
- preparing snacks or very light meals, at least one parent would be home by supper
- occasional weekend or evening babysitting (agreed in advance)
- any household help would be a plus

What we are looking for:
- previous experience working with children of similar age (4 to 8 )
- a warm, engaging and proactive personality ; someone organized who can prioritize safety with keeping 2 kids entertained
- valid DBS check
- first AID trained
- excellent checkable references
- any other courses are a plus
- French language at conversational level at least for communication with children and for school pick ups /etc is a plus but not mandatory. Not needed for homework support
- at ease around pets (we have a small old dog)
