I’m a caring, responsible and patient person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. I come from a big extended family, so I’ve always been surrounded by babies and young children. At family gatherings, I’m usually the one playing with them, keeping them entertained and helping to look after them. My Experience
I have lots of hands-on experience caring for children height my large extended family where I regularly help look after babies and young children.
I’ve also volunteered at Pegasus, supporting disabled children and younger people aged 5 to 20. This experience helped me develop patience, empathy, communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs while ensuring everyone felt safe, supported and included.
My Qualifications
Although I don’t have formal childcare qualifications, I have practical experience caring for children of different agates and supporting young people with additional needs through my volunteering at Pegasus. I’m reliable, patient, responsible and a quick learner. I always prioritise children’s safety and wellbeing while making sure they have fun and feel comfortable in my care.
