**Looking for a Like-Minded Childminder**

I am looking for a warm, caring, and experienced childminder for my 3-year-old son. Finding someone whose values genuinely align with our family's approach to raising children is very important to me, as I am looking for someone who will become a trusted and consistent part of his daily life.

My son is a happy, curious, energetic, and sensitive little boy who is growing up in a **trilingual** environment. I would love to find someone who understands the importance of supporting multilingual children with patience and respect, allowing him to use all of his languages naturally and confidently without pressure or correction.

At home, we follow a **screen-free lifestyle**. My son does not use tablets, phones, or television, and I am looking for a childminder who shares this philosophy. Instead of screens, I value meaningful interactions, conversation, books, music, imaginative play, outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, sensory experiences, and opportunities for independent exploration.

Our parenting style is inspired by the **Reggio Emilia philosophy** and respectful parenting. I believe children are capable, curious, and competent learners who thrive when they are listened to, respected, and given opportunities to discover the world at their own pace. I am looking for someone who embraces child-led learning, follows children's interests, encourages creativity, and provides open-ended materials rather than relying on structured worksheets or constant adult direction.

Being outdoors is also an important part of our daily life. I would love my son to spend plenty of time outside exploring nature, visiting parks, observing wildlife, gardening, collecting natural treasures, and enjoying fresh air in all seasons whenever possible.

Healthy nutrition is another priority for our family. I am looking for someone who prepares or provides fresh, balanced, nutritious meals and snacks, encourages positive eating habits, and respects the importance of wholesome food in a child's development.

I value gentle, respectful communication with children. I hope to find someone who helps children understand and manage their emotions with kindness, patience, empathy, and guidance rather than punishment or shame. Building secure relationships, encouraging independence, and supporting emotional development are qualities that matter greatly to me.

I would also appreciate someone who communicates openly with parents and enjoys working as a team. Sharing updates about my son's day, his interests, achievements, and any concerns is something I believe helps create consistency between home and childcare.

Above all, I am looking for someone who truly enjoys spending time with young children, sees them as unique individuals, and creates a calm, loving, stimulating, and respectful environment where my son can feel safe, valued, and free to learn through play and exploration.
