About Me
Hi! Im Tess a 24 year old qualified teacher from Ipswich. I have lived in Brighton for 3 years and in London 2 years prior. I offer evening babysitting and nannying roles during the week and weekends and can work flexibly to suit any availablities.
I hold a full drivers license and my own car, as well as enhanced DBS checks and glowing refences from previous familes and childcare roles.
I love being creative with drawing, dance, singing, yoga and arts and craft. I love being outside and have a well versed knowledge of children's literature and love of storytelling, reading and writing as well as a strong understanding of child development and academic requiremnts.
My Experience
I have just passed my BA Primary teaching with QTS degree specialising in ages 3-7 with a first and qualified teacher status. I have 2 year experince as a full time Teaching assistant in Reception and Nursery, as well as placements in Reception and Year 1 as a student teacher. I also have multiple experinces as an afterschool, evening and school holiday nanny and babysitter for families with children ages 3-7 and can provide glowing references! My first job in childcare was as a sports and dance coach for schhol clubs and holiday clubs with children aged 5-14.

BA (Hons) Primary Education (3-7) with QTS
FGM and Prevent training
Project encompass training
Various first aid courses
National Numeracy Certificate
Training in various Phonics schemes: Little Wandle, Read Write Inc., Sounds Write.
My Availability
I am available full time until September where I begin as a full time teacher of a Reception class. As a teacher (September onwards I may continue to offer nannying/babysitting roles during the school holidays)
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
From £15 p/h increasing to £16 p/h past 11pm
I charge an additional £1 per hour for more than 2 children.
