We are a warm, bilingual Christian family (Colombian mum and British dad) with our happy 9-month-old baby, and we’re excited to be expecting our second baby in November.
Our faith encourages us to lead with kindness, compassion and respect. We enjoy a calm home, spending time outdoors, and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, not judgmental, appreciated and comfortable being themselves. We value open communication and believe we can all learn from one another.

My Requirements
We’re looking for a kind, trustworthy and reliable nanny or mother’s helper who genuinely enjoys being with children. Experience with babies is appreciated, but a caring personality and good judgement are more important to us.
Our parenting style is gentle and respectful. We believe children are little people with big feelings, so we respond with patience and understanding rather than simply correcting behaviour. We enjoy nature, encourage free movement and independent play, keep screen time to a minimum, and prefer fresh, minimally processed foods.
We mainly need an extra pair of hands with our baby and occasional light household tasks. We’d love someone who takes initiative, is observant, and feels happy becoming part of our family’s routine. Non-smokers only, and you should be comfortable around pets.
