About Me
We're a family of three. Our daughter is starting school in September, and we've realised the school's wraparound care won't meet our needs. We're looking for a childminder who can do drop-offs and pick-ups at her school, or a live-out nanny who can help with school runs when needed.
My Requirements
Due to working shifts for the NHS, our needs vary week to week — some weeks we won't need anyone, others we'll need several days. We typically know our schedule about 6 weeks in advance. On drop-off days, we need help from 7–8:30am to get our daughter to school. On pick-up days, we need cover from 3:30–6:30pm when my husband is home. After school, they can either bring her back to our house or, if it's a childminder, she can stay at their home until we pick her up. We're flexible and can communicate our needs clearly once we know the rota.
