I'm looking for a part-time nanny for my daughter, who is awaiting a paediatric assessment. Building trust is much more important than qualifications alone. We'd like someone who is patient, experienced with neurodivergent children if possible, and happy to spend the first few weeks simply getting to know her in our home. Initially we'd need around 2–3 hours a day, two or three afternoons/mornings a week.
