About Me
Hello, I’m Lydia, 31, and a trained Norland nanny for the last 10 years. I now have my own two children (2year old and 8month old). Currently on maternity leave but looking for a nannying role a few days a week(flexible) but in which I can bring my two children along with me. I’m caring, I love the outdoors, getting creative whether that’s with messy play or setting up an age appropriate activity. I adore baking and enjoy letting the children give a helping hand, despite the mess and chaos it can cause!!
Since becoming a mum I feel I can now really relate to parents, whilst in a nannying role and have a greater understanding of how parents can feel when it comes to the struggles of parenting and needing reassurance. It’s a privilege to be a part of a child’s journey and I hope I can be an extra pair of hands for a family!
My Experience
I was in my last nannying role for 9 years and it was such a wondrous experience watching them grow over that time and feel so fortunate I could be a part of their development for that long. I took my eldest back to work with me and it worked really well.
My Qualifications
I have a Norland diploma and a degree in early childhood development from training at Norland college
My Availability
Flexible with what works for the family. Ideally 3/4 days a week
My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
Evening babysitting from £16 per hour
Nannying during day from £18per hour

- I provide pick ups at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School, Corsham
- I provide pick ups at The Corsham School
- I provide pick ups at Heywood Prep
