About Me
We are looking for a fun, kind and outdoorsy au pair or babysitter who can become part of our family and occasionally help us when Michael and I need to travel for work.
We are both landscape architects and are fortunate to work on projects around Europe and Africa, which means we occasionally need to be away for a few days at a time. Most of the time, we simply need someone who can provide a reassuring, caring presence for the boys and keep family life running smoothly while we’re away.
We have only recently moved to the UK after many years living abroad, so we are now looking to build a trusted support network. We’d love to find someone who enjoys nature, animals and being active outdoors, and who would enjoy sharing in our family life. Someone warm, responsible and adventurous, with a good sense of humour, would be a wonderful fit.
My Requirements
We are looking for a fun, reliable and outdoorsy au pair or babysitter to provide occasional childcare when Michael and I travel for work. We are landscape architects and periodically travel within Europe and Africa for a few days at a time.
We have two boys, Fergus (12) and Aedan (10), who are independent, kind and enjoy being outdoors. The role would involve staying with them while we are away, helping with the school routine, meals and day-to-day family life, as well as looking after our friendly dog, Alma, and our tame chickens.
We have recently moved to the UK and are looking for someone who would enjoy becoming a trusted part of our family.
