My Experience

I have been working with children for over 10 years in a range of settings, including breakfast and holiday clubs, nurseries and pre schools and primary schools. I am a qualified primary school teacher, with 5 years teaching experience across key stage 1 and 2 and reception.

I have experience of teaching children with SEND and SEMH needs and have worked closely with their families and other professionals, to ensure their needs are met and learning outcomes are achieved at an appropriate level and pace. I have secure knowledge of the national curriculum and use this to make adaptations for all learners to succeed.

I have obtained yearly phonics training, with 5 years experience teaching at all levels of the phonics curriculum and completed 3 phonics screening tests.

My Qualifications

I am a qualified primary school teacher, obtaining my PGCE and QTS certificates in 2020.

Throughout my teaching career I have completed a variety of training courses to enhance my knowledge and skills as a teacher, including:

I have recently completed Level 2 Safeguarding for Tutors working with children.

I hold an up to date Enhanced DBS check and have the certificate available upon request.

My Availability

My current availability are between 3.30 - 5.30pm each weekday term time only. If requesting weekend or school holiday sessions, please contact me directly to discuss dates, times and availability.

My Fees

• Tutoring from £37.00 per hour

Advance Payment: Payment is required at least 24 hours before the start of the session. I will not travel or conduct a
session until payment has been received.
